Word of the Day- 1

Abacus

ab·a·cus
ˈabəkəs/
noun
  1. 1
an oblong frame with rows of wires or grooves along which beads are slid, used for calculating.

I'm not sure how an abacus works
It's sure to drive me berserk
    If I took the lead
    To learn of these beads
I don't think that it has any perks

I'm sure that it could help with counting
    And now curiosity's mounting
    I have to go now
So that I can learn how
    An abacus does calculating
